Our Story

Peter Saulnier and Vincent Chow in Logan’s founding year, 2012

With a working relationship spanning over 20 years, founders Vincent Chow and Peter Saulnier were first connected in 1999. Although possessing different approaches and talents, they were drawn to each other’s working style over a shared perspective: Putting People First.

In 2012, they began to a see a shift in HR consulting where quality of service was being sacrificed in favour of profit. Wanting to be the solution to this shift, Vincent and Peter set out to launch Logan HR to address the need for HR solutions that put people and their organizations back as priority.

Built with a foundation of belief in human potential, the power of collaboration, and the people side of business, Logan HR was named after the highest mountain in Canada as a symbol of the relentless pursuit of higher achievement.

Since its inception, Logan has been recognized for delivering simple and practical compensation solutions and career transition services that put the individual’s needs first. Assembling an experientially diverse team of consultants that share our people-first approach, Logan continues to grow, carrying the same pursuit of excellence to its OD and Coaching practices.

Logan is proudly BC-owned and operated and shares a special connection to our HR and greater local community. As of 2023, Peter Saulnier’s Talent/Career Transition & Outplacement Division was acquired by Talent Harbour Group.
